Lars works with students of all ages to inform them on best practices for music. In public school performances, young minds are exposed to the craft of music. In private lessons and direct classroom teaching, students are prepared with practical, professionally-informed skills.
Manchester Craftsmen's Guild WV Jazz Education Initiative
Lars coordinates hands-on public classroom activities in an initiative sponsored by MCG and the Benedum Foundation to expand jazz education in West Virginia. This program is open to any public school in West Virginia on a pay-what-you-can basis.
